Return Policy:
- Eligibility: You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. Items must be returned in their original condition and packaging.
- Exclusions: Custom or personalized orders, perishable products, and digital downloads are not eligible for returns unless they arrive damaged or defective.
- Initiating a Return: To start a return process, please contact us at judaicacatalog2024@gmail.com with your order number and details about the product you wish to return. We will provide you with further instructions.
Refund Process:
- Inspection: Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- Processing: If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 14 days.
- Shipping Costs: Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Exchanges:
- If you need to exchange an item for the same item in a different size or color, please contact us for exchange instructions.
Damaged or Defective Items:

Late or Missing Refunds:
- If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
